Could Smoking Less Be Safe?

A 20-year study of 51,000 smokers published in the journal Tobacco Control found that those who cut their consumption from 20 cigarettes a day to 10 had the same death rate from heart disease and lung cancer than those who continued to smoke a pack a day.
