For your own safety, you’d be wise to buy your prescription and nonprescription medications from the same pharmacy.


Many seniors take multiple medications, often for more than one medical condition. For example, the average heart failure patient takes seven prescription medi-cations, three of them more than once a day. Additionally, 60% have five or more other conditions that may require prescriptions. They may take vitamins, supplements and over-the-counter (OTC) medications, as well. That’s a lot of pills to keep track of.
