How old will your heart be on your next birthday?

It’s not a silly question. If you are an adult, there’s a good chance that your heart is aging faster than you are. Having an older heart increases the likelihood you will have a fatal or nonfatal heart attack, stroke or other vascular event, and have it at an earlier age.
