Is cardiac rehabilitation only for people who have had heart surgery or a stent? Im apparently at high risk for a heart attack. Am I a candidate for cardiac rehab? Ive heard that daily aspirin is advised to help prevent a second heart attack, but my doctor said its not recommended anymore to help prevent a first heart attack. Can you explain?
