Im confused about the relationship between weight and heart disease. Should I be more concerned about my BMI, waist size, waist-to-hip ratio, or something else? I worry about my risk of heart disease. Should I have a CT angiogram to put my mind at ease? I always thought a heart attack caused chest pain, but my mother had a heart attack without any symptoms. Instead, she said she felt funny, and just knew something was very wrong. Can you have a heart attack without symptoms?
