Moving Throughout the Day is the Key to Better Heart Health

The American Heart Associationís current recommendations for better cardiovascular health call for at least 150 minutes of exercise each week. But research shows that one of the keys to preventing heart disease, diabetes and other health problems is frequent movement, and not just a single daily workout.
