Is cardiac rehabilitation only for people who have had heart surgery or a stent? Iím apparently at high risk for a heart attack. Am I a candidate for cardiac rehab? Iíve heard that daily aspirin is advised to help prevent a second heart attack, but my doctor said itís not recommended anymore to help prevent a first heart attack. Can you explain?
