Statins May Cloud Your Vision

A new study shows statins may cause cataracts, but the benefits of the cholesterol-lowering drugs outweigh the risks.

Statins are extremely popular, with about 15 percent of U.S. adults taking the cholesterol-lowering drugs. Although very successful at reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes, statins are not without risks.
