Is It a Heart Attack or Heartburn?

It may be hard to tell the difference, but there are clues.


You are awakened at 3 a.m. by a pain in your chest that causes you to bolt upright. A few minutes later the pain has not resolved, and you think, “Could I be having a heart attack? Or is this only heartburn?”
