Certain vitamins are important for your heart function, but supplements may not always be worth the money.

You may take a multivitamin or specific vitamins in supplement form every day. And though they may help boost your immune system, keep your bones strong or provide other health benefits, itís not clear that any vitamin supplements are needed for a healthier heart.
