Can extra Pounds Protect You? Some heart failure patients are proving that one size doesn’t fit all.
Gain weight. Eat more cholesterol. Raise your blood pressure. Youre unlikely to get or follow contrarian advice like this from any cardiologist you trust. But for a select group of heart failure patients, clinicians like Wilson Tang, M.D., at Cleveland Clinic say that the usual rules dont seem to apply.
