Tide of Opinion about Fish Oil Supplements is Shifting
In the wake of new research, fish oil supplementation for preventing a first heart attack is beginning to seem like the one that got away. Current suggestions from a Cleveland Clinic dietitian are to eat plenty of fish but to consider cutting out fish oil capsules unless your doctor recommends them. The most recent dietary recommendations urge you to eat two or more eight-ounce servings of fish weekly. That rate of consumption is linked with lower heart risks.
