Most weight regain boils down to eating habits, researchers recently reported in the Annals of Surgery. In a study of 1,278 adults who had undergone Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery, they found five of 13 eating behaviors were largely responsible for a greater-than-normal amount of weight regain.
