Ask The Doctors: October 2015

Iím 89 and have moderately severe (3+) tricuspid valve regurgitation. But I enjoy a good quality of life. I have always exercised, but Iím wondering if thatís still safe, given the valve regurgitation and the higher heart rate that comes with exercise. My cardiologist says thereís no easy fix for the valve problem, and he wonít give me a definitive answer on exercise. What do you think?
